Cedar Mounting Kit for Epiphytic Plants

This is the same mount that we use for our orchids and ferns! The mount itself is made from cedar that is approximately 5.5" x 5.5" and 1/2" thick. We use cedar because it is a softwood with anti fungal and anti microbial properties. It is also resistant to rotting making it an excellent choice for mounting almost any epiphyte including bromeliads, orchids, and ferns. Cedar has been used for many years as an insect repellent as well.

You will receive a cedar mount, a stainless steal "S" hook, a loop of clear line, and enough long fiber sphagnum to cover the roots of anything that you would want to mount.
